This User Manual is intended to explain the setup and operation of the DEMI 400 Series. Read this guide thoroughly before operating the DEMI 400 Series to ensure safe and efficient operation. If a question is not answered in this guide, contact PostProcess for additional support.

The DEMI 400 Series applies patent-pending Submersed Vortex Cavitation (SVC) technology that optimizes part processing through agitation algorithms in combination with proprietary detergents and temperature control to remove excess material deposited during 3D printing processes. The DEMI 400 Series integrates a number of design features for ease of use and maintenance.

While the DEMI 400 Series is robust, care should be used during operation. When accessing the tank, gently open and close the tank access door. Be careful when extracting finished parts to limit the amount of detergent that is lost during the removal process. Ensure no heavy materials are stored above the DEMI 400 Series that may fall and damage it.
