Special Dining Plans

*Special Diets and Health Concerns *

Students requiring a special diet must present their request for accommodation or to be removed from the meal plan to Bon Appetit. Requests should be sent to the Coordinator of Housing and Opperations ChristianJaynes@letu.edu. This request must be made before the second Friday of classes for full consideration. A doctor’s request and specific menu may be required. Bon Appetit will do everything reasonably possible to accommodate those needs, and Student Life can assist as liaisons in the process. Students who are ill and not able to go to the dining hall may arrange for a “carry out meal” through Health Services.
