13.1.1.2. Pre-Training

In this tab, users can access and complete the pre-training task, if one has been assigned.

*If the user has been assigned a quick form survey/exam, they will need to either double-click on the question or select the question from the grid and click on the Edit button to be able to answer it. While in editing mode, along with choosing/inputting their answers, users can navigate through the various questions using the arrows on either side of the Apply button.

1. Training Completed: This button allows users to submit the completed training.
   • Users cannot submit the form until they have gone through each tab and filled out all mandatory fields.
     

     !!If a passing score has been set for the post-training assessment, upon completion of the training, the system will automatically check the obtained score. If users receive a score lower than the required minimum, re-training will be automatically triggered.

2. Save Form: This button allows users to save the form.
   • It will remain in the Pending Tasks folder.
