At the conclusion of the meeting, users can determine the next steps for the management review: initiating a quality event, sending minutes for review, or concluding the process. These choices are presented as fields at the bottom of the form for easy selection.
- Create a Quality Event?: This is a single-select dropdown field that determines whether the issue should be escalated to a quality event. It is a mandatory field.
- If Yes is selected, it will alter the page in the following way:
- Quality Event Reviewer: This is a single-select dropdown field that retrieves the list of users, roles, and groups in the system. It is a mandatory field. It allows for the selection of the party responsible for reviewing the quality event.
- Create QE: This button allows users to create a quality event based on the outcomes of the management review.
- Selecting this button will conclude the Management Review workflow and initiate the Quality Event Management workflow.
- Selecting this button will conclude the Management Review workflow and initiate the Quality Event Management workflow.
- If Yes is selected, it will alter the page in the following way:
- Send to Review the Minutes: This button allows users to send the minutes of meeting for review.
- If selected, the assigned reviewer will be tasked with reviewing the meeting minutes.
- Trigger the Action(s): This button allows users to trigger the defined action(s) for execution.
- If selected, the assigned owners (whether internal team members, external parties, or supplier representatives) will be responsible for executing the actions.
- MR Complete (No Action): This button allows users to mark the management review as complete, concluding the workflow.
- If selected, the review process will be closed, and no additional tasks or actions will be assigned.
