9.2.2. Dashboard

In this section of the Prepare QMR form, users can access visual representations of QMS metrics. Namely, users can access data pertaining to the Audit, Quality Event, CAPA, and Training applications—all of which are based in the QMS application suite.

Filter Panel

All fields inside the search panel act as search boxes. Any value inputted inside them will be used as search criteria to filter and retrieve data from the grid, if possible.

1. From: This is a date picker that allows users to filter by the starting date.
2. To: This is a date picker that allows users to filter by the ending date.
3. Category: This is a single-select dropdown field that allows users to filter by category.
4. Business Division: This is a single-select dropdown field that allows users to filter by business division.
5. Apply: This button filters the results according to the entered search criteria.
6. Clear: This button clears the filters that were used in the previous search and allows users to again view the full data set.

Below the filter panel, there are the following subtabs to consider:

1. Trend(s)
2. Audit
3. Quality Event
4. CAPA
5. Training

*The filter panel applies to all tabs except for the Trend(s) tab.

!After reviewing the available data and finalizing the preparation process, users can submit the management review by clicking the Preparation Complete button at the bottom of the page.
