There are three different user permissions: Admin, Facilitator, and Reader

  • Admin – The Administrator is reserved for users that need total access to all areas of the Organization. This allows for them to create report requests while also managing the Organization’s permissions.
  • Facilitator – The Facilitator is one step below Admin. They cannot access permissions. They can create and modify ARRs. They can also send and receive messages.
  • Reader – The reader cannot make any changes and cannot send messages. This permission is perfect for individuals that need a limited view of the application but do not need to be able to change anything.
