How to suspend an ARR?

ARRs can be suspended at any time on each individual Assessment Report Request page.

• While viewing an ARR, scroll to the Actions section and click the “HOLD” button. This will place the request on hold or suspending.
• The hold can be released after placing on hold by selecting the “Release Hold” button under the Actions section.
