The Participating Organization section has 6 sections: Current State, Max User Count, Expiration Date, Current ARR Credits, Current Renewal ARR Credits, and Subscription Level.

Current State – The current state is used by HAX to review if an account is active or not. This is used to verify account information when talking with a HAX representative.

Max User Count – This number correlates to how many users can be linked to one organization’s account.

Expiration Date –

Current ARR Credits – ARR Credits are pre-paid report credits. POs pay for each organization they ask for an assessment report, not per request. POs can prepay for their vendors to get volume discounts. The ARR Credit shows how many available credits are prepaid.

Current Renewal ARR Credits – Renewal ARR Credits are the similar to ARR Credits. Renewal ARR Credits track when a vendor is on their second year or more. POs pay for each organization they ask for an assessment report, not per request. POs can prepay for their vendors to get volume discounts.

Subscription Level – The subscription level is a place holder for features in the future.
