General Section

The General section contains fields about your organization and has 4 areas information: HAX ID, Account Number, EIN, and Address.

HAX ID – this is a unique number allows others to search for your organization when assigning an Assessment Report Request (ARR) and used as a quick look up.

Account Number – this is a unique number associated with your account that may be asked for from HITRUST as a way to verify identity during calls.

Employer Identification Number (EIN) – EIN is your Tax identifier Number for American Companies. Your EIN is used to verify your organization and is used by your customers to assign an Assessment Report Request (ARR) when they do not have your HAX ID.

Address – Your physical address that is registered publicly. This is used to verify your organization and is used by your customers to assign an Assessment Report Request (ARR) when they do not have your HAX ID.
