5.1. North Carolina Driving Eligibility Certificate

Students are required by the state of North Carolina to have their school affirm their good academic standing in order to receive their learner’s permit. A student with two or more failing grades in a semester will not receive this certificate from the school office until passing grades are confirmed by the administration.
