The Notifications section of iPayimpact provides users with information regarding the service, such as payment reminders, records of automatic payments being authorised, and changes to preorder menus. These notifications are also sent via email to users, with the Notifications section serving as a supplementary source of useful information.

How to view notifications

  1. Navigate to the Notifications section of iPayimpact by pressing the Notifications button in the toolbar at the top of the screen.
  2. Enter a Start Date and an End Date to give the payment history for the date range you wish to view. This can be done by either typing the dates into the boxes, or by selecting the dates from within the dropdown calendar.
  3. Press the Refresh List button.
  4. Notifications for the chosen period will be displayed below.

Viewing details of a notification

  1. Press the Details button for the chosen notification.
  2. A screen will be displayed showing the contents of the notification.
