Who should be on the team?

Here are the roles you need on the team.

1 Veterinarian

The veterinarian will do a one-minute exam and take a TPR. In some states, the veterinarian is required to administer rabies vaccines. Please check your state regulations for what technicians versus veterinarians can do.

3 Technicians

One tech will hold for the vet and two techs will administer vaccines.

2 HQ admin

One person will do curbside check in via e-Lobby and one will record TPRs and check patients out.

If you would like to do more than 70 animals over the three hour time frame, then you can double the teams and do 140 over three hours. A different parking lot configuration is needed though. You will need a configuration where cars can be serviced two at a time. Like this:
