Take home paperwork

Here is our recommended take home paperwork after a vaccine clinic. This includes the Visit Summary and what to look for with a vaccine reaction.

Bulk Emailing

You should bulk email the take-home vaccine clinic document to all clients after the clinic. You can simply give them the generic handout on what to do if they notice a vaccine reaction, inclusive of a phone number to call. It’s easy to see which clients don’t have an email in Clients > Print/Email Paperwork. For those that don’t you can test the medical record to them.
