Circular Drive

If you have the ability to do your clinic using a circular driveway, that is the best. In this case, the admin person would approach the car and do the following:

1. Open e-Lobby and find the client by using the search field in the upper right corner.
2. Next, the admin person would verify that the consent forms are signed for all the client’s animals. If not they would click the consent form button and have them sign for all unsigned consents. Note, it is possible for them to bulk sign the consents.
3. Next, if there’s a payment requirement, they would collect payment or send an e-pay link to their phone for them to pay.
4. Next, the admin person would provide a copy of the generic aftercare instructions. You can print this in bulk and have a few hundred copies of it.
5. Next, the admin person would slide the card (or group of cards) for the client’s patients to the Arrived lane, then the Checked-In lane.
6. Next, the car would pull up to the next station and the veterinarian team would take the TPR, and examine the animal. This is a one 1 minute exam to determine if the animal is healthy enough for the vaccine. Any medical notes like heart murmur or ear infection can be noted in Patient Flow by tapping the short medical note buttons, but much care should be given to doing the TPR, exam and vaccines within two minutes time. The TPR is entered into Patient Flow. An estimated weight can also be entered.
7. Next, the veterinary or technician (depending on state laws) gives the vaccine(s).

Parking spot with texting

If you do not have a circular drive available, you may want to do park and text. Here’s how:

1. Build posts that have your HQ texting phone number.

Park & Text

2. Your clients text you and let you know they are there. You can setup the text responder to auto respond with a confirmation of which animals they brought and what services they are supposed to get. Or no message at all, or a custom message.
3. Then, from within the clinic, the admin person verifies they the consents are signed and payment is done. If not, either it can be handled through texting, or someone can go out to the car to get the consents signed car side.
4. Next, the admin person would provide a copy of the generic aftercare instructions. You can print this in bulk and have a few hundred copies of it.
5. Next, the admin person would slide the card (or group of cards) for the client’s patients to the Arrived lane, then the Checked In lane.
