Open Scheduler

To open the vaccine clinic date:

1. First setup a room in Settings > Wellness Settings > Rooms called Vax Clinic.

Put in the hours of the vaccine clinic. If you haven’t already, create an appointment type called Vaccine Clinic and set it for 2 minutes apiece.
Then, untick the Any Appointment Type tick and select that appointment type from the drop down. And click Save.

2. Then go to the Wellness calendar, and close off days you are not open.

To close of all days, click in the first open slot on your calendar with your mouse and fill in the slots to close all days.

3. Go to the date your vaccine will be and click on the closed day and Delete to delete the closed block for that date.

4. Go to your link in Settings > e-Appointments and test out your form.

Note: If you’re taking deposits or pre-payments for your vaccine clinic, those options can be setup in the e-Appointment Settings.
