Decide on Services

It’s best to limit services to only vaccines. These items are not weight related so they are easy to administer. Microchips are difficult to implant in a car. It’s advisable that a veterinarian implant microchips.

In HQ, refine services for the e-appointment here

1. Go to Settings > E-Appointments and click “Edit” on the appointment type.
2. Go to the Services & Products tab and toggle on which limited services and products you’d like available at your vaccine clinic.
3. Here it’s important to add a description of any requirements for the vaccine. This is a big time saver and let’s clients make their own decisions.

Make it required to select at least one service & other key settings
