The process for data submission is identical across collections. The following examples use vital signs as the chosen data points.
If Vital Signs is selected, the CRA will display the corresponding observations that are available for submission.
Vital Signs Filtering
- Vital Signs have a few unique table functions to simplify selecting the data you want to submit
- This includes height, weight, KPS Score, and ECOG
- Additional Vital Signs may be added in the future
- The Vital Sign column has a built-in filter functionality that allows the user to filter on the type of Vital Sign they are looking to submit
- The same filtering is also available on the date column
Select the Vital Signs column and select weight.
The table will filter out everything except for weight, only displaying observations with weight information.
Then the table will only display observations with height information.
If there are multiple types of vital sign data to submit, just click the select all option from the drop down menu.
Now the table will display all vital sign data available.
Selecting and Submitting a Record Under Vital Signs
When observation data is displayed, find the data from the date you are looking to submit and select the associated records.
When all necessary data is selected, click the submit button.
The app will process the selected records. When processing is complete, the app will display a message with the number of records successfully submitted.
