Minimum Supported Version

In order to use Breeze Cloud, your devices must be running the Minimum Supported Version (MSV), which is currently Remote Pro 3.20.1 or the Current App Store Version of the BreezeBooth app. The MSV will change approximately annually inline with the annual upgrade cycle.

 

FAQ’s

 

What if my RemotePro license is not up to date?

In the event that your RemotePro licenses lapse when the MSV is changed (eg, during an event), there will be a 7 day grace period (which you will be notified of) where you can continue to upload to Breeze Cloud. After the 7 day grace period, if you do not wish to upgrade your license or you fail to upgrade, you will be switched to Lapsed MSV Session Upload Pricing for any future uploads to avoid service interruption.

 

What if I dont have an active BreezeBooth license?

You can still continue to upload to Breeze Cloud as normal. Any images will be watermarked as per usual when using BreezeBooth without a license.

 

What if I dont have an activated RemotePro license?

As long as you are on RemotePro 3.20.1, you can continue to upload to Breeze Cloud as normal. Any images will be watermarked as per usual when using RemotePro without an active license.

 

Lapsed MSV Session Upload Pricing

If your license has lapsed, you will automatically roll over to Lapsed MSV Session Upload Pricing. This is to ensure that there are no service interruptions to your customers. Pricing is per photo booth session (regardless to quantity and size of media). Any other usage (webhooks, API calls, manual uploads) will be billed as normal.
