Gallery Design

You can customize the look and feel of the gallery, password protect it and set what media types are displayed. As you make your changes to the design you will see the preview of the gallery update as well. Gallery settings can be set on a “per event” level, or on a global level in the main Gallery settings.

 

 

Display Settings

The display settings allow to you control the default sort order and optionally password protect the gallery. If the gallery is password protected, individual sessions (eg microsites) can still be accessed via their own private URL’s).

Default Order Order the gallery by: oldest, newest, random
Enable Gallery Password Set an optional password

 

Optional Query Strings can also be used to further control the display of the gallery via the URL. The query string is appended to the gallery URL eg: https://share.breezesoftware.com/e/everybooth-pbx?order=random

Query String Values Description
order newest, oldest, random Sets the gallery order eg: ?order=random
autorefresh number greater than 30 Refreshes gallery every X seconds eg: ?autorefresh=30
mode kiosk Hides header (logo, title, description) and footer eg” ?mode=kiosk

 

Design

The design options allow you to set the general look and feel of the gallery. This includes enabling logos, background color and using custom CSS.

Enable Logo Show / Hide a logo
Logo Height Sets the height of the logo (width scales)
Enable Favicon Optional browser tab logo
Background Color Set the background color
Icons Color Set color of share icons etc
Footer Color Set color of footer baclground. Leave blank for transparent
Upload Custom CSS Upload custom style sheet to over-ride design styles

 

Title

If the title is enabled, by default, it will display the event name, but this can be overridden by changing the text. The font type, color and size can also be adjusted.

Title/Logo Link Link to Gallery, Custom URL, or no link
Title Font Set the font of the Title
Title Font Color Set the font color of the Title

Description

If the description is enabled, it will display the description given to the event (if available). Otherwise the description can be overridden and is commonly used to show the event date, or, to enter other useful information about the event. Descriptions can include hyperlinks. The font type, color and size can also be adjusted.

Description Text Optional Description (defaults to event description). Can also use tokens and include custom hyperlinks

Description Font Size Set the font size of the Description

 

Footer

The footer appears after the last media item on the microsite. This is typically used as a “Powered by” link to promote the photo booth company. The font type, color and size can also be adjusted.

Media Display Options

The microsite can display all the media captured in the session. This could include the original photos, processed photos, print layout and GIFs. You may not wish to display all media types, and so you can choose which types to display.

Processed Photos The Processed version of the Photo
Print Layout The Print Layout
Print Layout Copy The copy of the Print Layout (often a cropped version)
MP4 Video files, including GIFs saved as MP4
GIF GIF files
Manual Uploads Files manually uploaded to the event
