All users who were setup as “Importers” for target systems will need to be setup with the appropriate roles to allow them to continue with this access as this part of the configuration no longer exists.
Authorization object Y_TEIMPORT and activity IMPORT need to be allocated to the relevant users for the Target Roles and / or Target Systems required. (or * for all).
