The task deployment and planning statuses are automatically updated as changes progress through Transport Express paths. This is based on the configuration settings but in some cases it is necessary to manually set the status. For example, a task may need to be manually set to a complete status when it is no longer required so it is not reported as in progress.
The status fields can be manually changed by clicking the lock icon to unlock the field and then selecting the required value from the drop-down. Manually set status values will no longer be automatically re-calculated by Transport Express unless the status field is locked.
