Custom email notifications

New email notification functionality has been added to allow configuration of custom notifications. These can be configured to trigger emails to different groups of users based on a variety of events, including:

• A Business Task reaching a particular deployment or planning status
• A Transport Form moving into a particular location

Depending on the type of notification, different user types can be notified, including:

• The Transport Express Administrators for a Target/Path
• The owner of the Business Task
• The owner of the Transport Form
• The users assigned to a particular role on a Business Task
• A configured list of users
