Priority approvers may approve changes into or out of any target. Additionally, when approving a selection of changes, they may choose to approve with priority, which means that the changes will not need to be approved into or out of any other targets, once the priority approval is given.
To define a new priority approver, select the configuration menu item File | New | Priority Approver or click on the corresponding toolbar button. A pop-up window will prompt for the selection of the priority approver from the list of users defined within the domain controller SAP system. To remove a priority approver, select the priority approver and press the Delete key.
