4.3.2 UCCX Integration

To add a Unified Contact Center Express Application Server:

1. Select Application Servers from the System menu
2. Select the UCCX tab
3. On the menu, click Add
4. Complete the required fields
5. Click Verify UCCX Server to validate the connection
6. Click Save
7. Click Back, select the UCCX server and click Sync
8. Repeat this process for additional integrations
