The Info screen is a hub for technical information about the installed app on your device. This information may be required by our support team when providing technical support – please, provide all the information our team asks from you and don’t blur or otherwise hide any of the contents from this section.
- About – Takes you to the about section. The about section contains all the information about the app client installed on your device and is the most commonly requested information required by our support team. The section also has a menu in the top right corner of the screen with Network and Download tests – please, use them only when our support team directly instructs you to use them.
- Acknowledgment – Application acknowledgments to 3rd parties.
- License Agreement – This is a link that opens the End User License Agreement for Sygic GPS Navigation.
- Privacy Policy – This is a link that opens Sygic’s Privacy Policy
- Support Center – This is a link that opens our support Website with various FAQ articles.
- Help improve traffic – Toggle to enable/disable the collection of anonymized data used to improve the traffic service.
- Manage subscription – Click to open the Google Play Store and manage your Sygic subscription there (only applicable for Google Play accounts that have an active subscription. Find out more about how to manage your subscription in this article).
- Marketing data collection – Click to enable/disable Marketing data collection.
