Initialization and Unique Application Modes:

During system initialization, the application mode will be determined. Users will need to enter a unique 16-character code to access their specific application mode. Each mode will be visually distinguishable, with different colors indicating the mode, and the application type listed in the top right corner of the system’s HMI (Human-Machine Interface). Solution-Specific Software Guidance:

The DEMI 520 is equipped with the latest Automat3d software, which includes solution-specific software guidance. This feature provides tailored recommendations for optimal performance based on the selected application mode. While users maintain full control over their system, the software will alert operators if any selected parameter falls outside of the suggested ranges.

Alerts for Parameter Selections:

Upon registration, the machine will alert operators if selected parameters are outside the suggested ranges. Although users can still choose to operate outside of these ranges, the specific parameter will be highlighted in red. This indicates that the chosen parameter is beyond the recommended range for optimal workflow in that application mode.

Reference for Application Modes:

Below is a reference guide illustrating how each mode appears. Apart from the unique recommendations, the system will visually indicate the mode with different colors and display the application type in the top right corner of the HMI.
