The DEMI 500 Series is delivered with an industrial power cord. Use only the power cord supplied by PostProcess with the DEMI 500 Series. Based on the model number of the machine, connect the DEMI 500 Series only to the power indicated in the table below.

Do not place the power cord in a location where it could come into contact with water or other liquid substances. It is recommended to keep the entire power cord suspended above the floor surface. The DEMI 500 Series utilizes power provided through a 2M (6.6ft) industrial power cable/connector located on the lower right section of the rear of the machine, attached to the controls enclosure, as shown in the image below.

The MASTER DISCONNECT SWITCH is located on the right-hand side of the system toward the top as shown above. Before connecting or disconnecting the DEMI 500 Series to power, ensure the MASTER DISCONNECT SWITCH is in the horizontal “O” or OFF position.
When the power cord is connected to the DEMI 500 Series and plugged into a specified power outlet, turn the MASTER DISCONNECT to the vertical “I” or ON position. The DEMI 500 Series is now ready to be powered up.
