Powering Down the BASE

It is extremely important to power down the machine for safety when performing certain operations to the machine. To do so, please follow the procedure below.

1. Power off the controller touchscreen.
- To turn the controller off click the GEAR ICON on the right side of the controller touchscreen.
- Click the POWER button in the lower right corner of the touchscreen.
- Select SHUTDOWN
- Wait for the touchscreen to go black

2. After the controller touchscreen turned off, press the POWER button on the front of the machine. The screen will turn black and will display a message on the screen that it is safe to shut down. Then you can press the power button.

3. Turn the MASTER DISCONNECT SWITCH to the OFF position.
