Our pay per minute platform allows for calls, text, cam chat, web store sales, and more! All connections are secure and private and your personal details are never displayed. All calls route through our private voip carrier service and you receive instantly credit for all connected calls.
We have included a full manual of each section of the operator control panel and each section is accessible from the table of contents links. However before jumping into the control panel section we wanted to briefly discuss how our system works.
Our pay per minute platform focuses on connecting customers with securely with operators. The term ‘operators’ is a term we use to describe the person that will answer incoming pay per minute calls. In some industries this may be termed as the provider or adviser or even entertainer. However you wish to phrase it this is the person making the money. On the home page of the site you will see a current list of all operators which include the operator’s name, image, per minute rate, call connect number, and extension number. Callers can view more details by clicking on the operator’s image as this links to the operator’s public profile page.
Callers can register at anytime and add credits to their account. *Callers must add credits before being able to connect to any operator. Once a caller has added credits a call connection can be made.
What do you hear when a call is connected?
When a caller connects through the pay per minute platform you will hear, “Hello {your name}, You have a pay per minute call from {site name}.” After pressing one you will be connected to the caller and your call will begin. *Once the call is connected all you have to do is talk to the caller. All payment transactions have been completed at this point and the caller’s account will be debited per minute based on the operator’s per minute rate.
What number will display on your caller id and the customer’s caller id when a call is connected?
The caller and operator will both see the toll free number associated with the pay per minute platform. This way your personal details are always hidden and protected.
How do you receive payment?
After each call the call credits based on your per minute rate will appear instantly in your operator control panel. You will also be able to view all call stats including the exact call time, customer name, and all credit details.
Can I receive calls on a mobile phone?
Yes! You can receive calls on virtually any phone including landline, mobile, Skype number, and Google voice number. You do not need to be online to accept incoming pay per minute calls. This means you can accept pay per minute calls from anyplace and at anytime!
