You can view all calls, including missed calls, from your call history section. To view this section please click on ‘call history’ from your control panel.
The first section is the success calls. This includes all call details from connected calls to your account:
Success calls:
Customer name: The customer’s public name.
Pickup number: This is your number (not displayed publicly).
Call date and time: This displays the call date and time.
Total time: This displays the total call length.
Your profit: This displays your total profit for the call.
Feedback: The customer is able to leave feedback after a successful call and the details will display in this section.
Show feedback: You can choose to hide or display the feedback.
Send message: You can send a message to the customer.
It is good to always follow-up with a customer and send a message after a call. You can send messages from your call history section as often as you wish and this will help you stay in touch with your callers.
Missed calls:
All missed calls will display in this section. Callers cannot connect to you when you are offline or on a call. However there may be times when you miss a call and the details will always display in this section. Similar to the success you will see the caller’s name, pickup number, date, and an option to send a message. We highly recommend sending a message to any customer you missed a call from.
Privacy Policy: Your private phone number is always protected. Customers will never have access to this information.
