You can edit your private profile details by clicking on ‘Add Content’ from your control panel. The first link in this section is your private profile.
This section contains:
- Your name: as it is displayed to the website audience.
- Gender, email address: this is private and not displayed.
- Username: this is private and not displayed.
- Password: this is private and not displayed.
- Extension key: this is the extension customer would dial to connect with you directly.
- Phone number: this is private and not displayed.
- City: this is private and not displayed.
- Country: this is private and not displayed.
- Call Rate: This is your per minute rate and this is displayed to all website visitors.
- Call percentage rate: this is private and not displayed.
- Store percentage rate: this is private and not displayed.
- Login access: this is private and not displayed.
- Account status: this is private and not displayed.
It is important to maintain an active email address so you can receive any messages or alerts from customers and the website admin. All messages will arrive in your operator inbox and you will receive an alert to your private email with a summary of the message.
Privacy Policy: Please remember to access your operator inbox to reply to customers. Never give out personal information including your email, phone number, or other private details. All messages and correspondence is protected through your operator control panel.
