You can manage your online call status at anytime by logging into your control panel and clicking the ‘call availability’ link.

There are two options for managing your call status:

Manually: This option allows you to simply select ‘online’ or ‘offline’.
Calender: If you want to create a calendar schedule click on the calender option and enter your schedule.
Important details regarding call connections:

  • Callers will not be able to connect with you when your call status is offline.
  • You can accept pay per minute calls from any land line, mobile, or Skype connection.
  • You do not need to be logged into your account to accept incoming pay per minute calls. As long as your call status is online you will be able to accept calls to virtually any phone.
