If the customer loses access to an installation, he can lock the device to stop broadcasting the associated multimedia content and all other functionalities.
A locked device will not broadcast any more multimedia content, but will show the lock image of the user who owns the display. This lock image can be chosen and changed in the Modify Data section.
This action is not reversible. If an Advertisim is locked by mistake the Technical Support must be contacted to unlock it.
