2.2. Create users

With the appropriate permissions, other users can be created with access to the Advertisim Manager and these sub-users can be assigned to manage the content of one or more devices. New sub-users can be created under your own user in the Create user menu. For example, it can be useful for managing delegations or customers who want to control the content of the Advertisim devices located on their premises.

• FULL NAME: User name.
• USER: Short name without spaces that will be used to access Advertisim Manager.
• PASSWORD: You can use this field to change the password.
• HIDE CONTENT: Select Always if you do not want the new sub-user to be able to access the media content of their parent user. For example for new users outside the company.
• DEPTH: Level of permissions given to the user to create other users. A new user of depth 0 will not be able to create users. If the new user is given depth 1, he/she will be able to create other new users in turn.
• ROL: When creating a new user it is possible to choose the level of permissions to be granted. The User role only has access to text messages. The Advanced role in addition to having access to text messages has the ability to upload multimedia files. The Admin role has all permissions.
