Post output automatically
Specifies whether the ShopFloor New Capacity Entries are posted automatically. This means that no entries are stored in the ShopFloor New Capacity Entries for the planners to review, but they are moved automatically to the Output Journal.
The automation is built into Codeunit 6170493, ShopFloor – Automatic Post, which must run via a Business Central Job Queue entry.
*If you want the process fully automated, you can enable the option “Post output journal when posting NAVEKSA cap. Ledger”, as this will automatically post the Output Journal in Business Central as well.
!A piece of advice: Normally new installations run the posting procedures manually a month or two until people have learned the system to catch any errors related to learning a new system. Once you can verify that the transactions are error free, then you automate.
