Manual production resource entry
Specifies whether it is possible to override a planned resource with a specific job execution resource, which the operator can choose in a dropdown with all the available production resources.
This functionality is available in the output screen of the ShopFloor Operator Client.
*Example: A job is planned to a work center consisting of 15 individual machines capable of doing more or less the same process.
The operator selects an appropriate machine for the job and selects and reports the used machine in the output screen in the ShopFloor Operator Client. The resource with corresponding costs is carried over to Business Central.
