The myshop-value:product-image shows the image set to be shown in the shoppingcart (this setting can be found in Productlist settings -> Ordersettings).
This extension can only be used within the checkout templates (specifically shoppingcart, approval, confirmation and confirmation-mail) and then only within the myshop-repeat:basket loop, for showing product info for products in the current order.
