This extension works in the same manner as myshop-value:customer-field-(name) for the (name) part. This extension however, does not display the value, but checks wether the value is filled (ie not null) or not.
In combination with a label field and myshop-value:customer-field-(name) this can prevent labels from showing up where a non mandatory field has no value.
