Displaying a popup message about online payment in the approval screen

Fixing popup block problems in the approval screen

When you use an online payment provider with the setting ‘open payment screen in new window’, you might occasionally find that people with (fairly agressive) popup blockers cannot open the payment screen in order to continue the order proces.

For those occasions there is a possibility to display a message (when applicable) with a link to open the popup which will be tolerated by popup blockers. Two extensions are used for this functionality.

• myshop-block:process-order-popup-message
  this block will only be displayed if the customer uses an online payment service as payment method
• myshop-action:process-order-popup-retry
  this extension will create a retry link which people using popup blockers can use
