STUDENT ID CARDS AND BUS ACCESS

All students are required to carry and display their student ID cards when boarding any MHRD school bus. Onboard tablet devices scan IDs as students enter or exit, helping track ridership and ensuring only assigned students are on the bus.

  • ID cards are used for bus access, cafeteria purchases, and library materials.
  • Students use the same ID for all four years of high school.
  • Grades 10–12 must begin using their existing ID cards on the first day of school.
  • Grade 9 students will receive a temporary ID at orientation and an official ID in the first weeks of school. Until then, they must inform the driver of their grade to board the bus.
  • Lost or damaged IDs must be requested through MySchoolBucks under “Other Student Fees.” Replacement cards will be sent to the Principal’s Office for pickup once processed.
  • All students must have their ID on them at all times
