Below is a list of error indicators and solution to correct the issue

Errors

Serial Tx 2,4 and IR Port 8 Illuminated

If the transmit lights on serial ports 2 and 4 are illuminated and IR port 8 is also illuminated you have an issue with a jumper is not connected or improperly placed within box.

Fix Issue

Remove screws from cover and remove cover. Pictures below show the missing jumper and where it should be placed. To fix the issue internally, we took a jumper from an old computer and placed it in the 280.
