New CAPA – CAPA ID Reformatted - CAPA

In the New CAPA form (and the CAPA workflow at large), we have changed the format of the CAPA ID.

When an event type is selected in the New CAPA form, the CAPA ID will now automatically be altered to include the appropriate infix.

For example, if Incident is selected as an event type, the CAPA ID will be altered in the following manner:
