9.4. Execute the Root Cause Analysis

If the Accept button is selected in the Review CAPA form, the assigned RCA Owner will receive a notification in their Pending Tasks informing them that they need to execute the root cause analysis.

They will also receive an email notification informing them of the assigned task.

Clicking on either the subject in Pending Tasks or the link in the email will direct the RCA Owner to the Execute the Root Cause Analysis form.

This form is composed of three tabs:

1. CAPA Details
2. Root Cause Analysis
3. Actions
