Updating

Updates

Updates can be executed at any given time via the administration of coresuite. The administration can be reached through the menu Administration - Add-ons - coresuite administration - Administration].

First click on the button Download updates

If a new update is available for the installed version, it will be downloaded and will appear in the list afterwards. Mark the corresponding row in the list and then click Install. The new version is active after the installation and a restart of coresuite.

If you have problems with Automotive.One, you can make sure with this method, that you have the latest available version. Please turn to our support only after you updated to the latest version and the problem is still occuring.

Upgrades

Upgrades contain larger improvements, which generally bring alterations to the database structure or enable a stable compability with a new Business One version. Thus before the installation, upgrades have to be unlocked first for the corresponding system. For this, please tend to your consultant.
