Send order response via EDI

If the business process Order response is configured for the customer (see Configuration standards) the menu item Order response (RDT) is displayed in the context menu of the form. This menu item can be used to send an order response for the sales order.

The message function can be determined via submenus. These are based on EDIFACT and the following options are available:

• Cancel/Cancel
• Not accepted
• Accepted without changes
• Accepted with changes
  

*There is no mechanism to prevent multiple order response shipments for the same sales order. However, if sent successfully, the number of the purchase order response is written as a comment in the sales order.
