Scrigno allows to set specific notes for the booking users, which will be viewed according to the stay period in question in the reservation. Such notes are identified by the name “sales info notes”, or “TAKE A LOOK! notes”, and they differ from Info hotel notes as their content is mixed and they can vary according to the date inserted by the user. These notes are very useful for improving internal communication among the collaborators who are in charge of the sales.

Two tables contribute to the encoding of the TAKE A LOOK! notes: the first one provides a grouping of the items where to place all the notes listed in the second setup form.

  1. INSERTING NOTES BELONGING TO A ‘Take a Look!’ CATEGORY OF NOTES
The notes for the booking might have a different content, thus, it is possible to group the notes in macro categories of items. The example shown in the previous picture can suggest how to fill in that table.
Click the insert button to proceed with the encoding of the new groups.
  1. DELETING A ‘Take a Look!’ CATEGORY OF NOTES
Click the ‘delete’ button next to each record to be deleted.
The deletion will be successful only if the category has never been used before.
  1. INSERTING A ‘Take a Look!’ NOTE

  • *Notes field:+ Better specify in the notes the content to be viewed by the user during the reservation stage.
