In the second form (‘Preferences’) of a guest profile, it is possible to enter all the preferences provided, such as room facilities, diets, services or other.
The preferences expressed by each guest can be given and differentiated according to the hotel chosen.

For each preference entered, it is necessary to specify the code of the hotel the preference refers to.

This field is not open, but the user has to select among the items available in the menu displayed by pressing the F9 key. The setting of the preference items visible in the list is carried out by administrators only, as written in the section GUEST PREFERENCES Basic Table.
