Privacy

The folder ‘PRIVACY’ fills in automatically with the filling of the PS form and the relative Privacy policy in the system.
The items can differ from type of stay: in the picture below, for instance, a guest gave consent for the Processing of personal data to third party during the first stay, denying the same consent during the next stay.

1. Consent Registration Date
   This field shows the date of the policy registration. It always coincides with the arrival date of the stay the policy refers to.

2. View deleted lines
   By selecting the field, it is possible to view the privacy policies recorded during previous stays.
   We remind that, in line with the privacy protection legislation, in case of extrapolation of profile samples via automatic mailing service, the system always considers the last policy recorded.

3. Consent-change Date
   
   It shows the date until when the consent selected refers to.
