To outline the preferences of a guest, it is necessary, first of all, to organise in the GUEST PREFERENCES Basic Table all factors for which the guest might express specific preferences, and whose satisfaction means for the hotel to offer an added value;
The table includes 3 macro categories of preferences:
1) Room Preferences such as specific equipment or accessories, location or the number of the favourite room.
2) Restaurant Preferences or specific allergies or intolerances, favourite wine labels or the most suitable restaurant table.
3) Service Preferences in which guests might be interested and of which they might make use during their stay.
Thanks to these lists, the user can quickly insert in the reservation the preferences expressed by the guest for a specific stay, or recall those already expressed during previous stays and inserted by other colleagues in the Guest profile form. It is also possible to carry out targeted surveys on the preferences expressed over the years (See profile section 2.2.4.2 Preferences or 3.1.1
Individual Booking Overview).
