Scrigno is a multi-property management system and, thus, a charge code that has been created is not necessarily available to all the hotels, nor does it necessarily have the same value in all the facilities that share the same platform.
For instance, the ‘BB Bed & Breakfast’ standard code might have a different description according to the hotel, or a different VAT rate in the case of international hotel groups.
In these cases, a further step is necessary, which is an integral part of the package creation process shown in the flow diagram at page Package charges.
We will illustrate only the screen fields that are useful for the topic explained here, neglecting those that are useful for other purposes or realities.

Tables > Charges > Charges

  1. Search for the charge
    Select the newly created record.
  1. Select the HOTELS Tab
  1. Select the needed facility
Place the cursor on the line corresponding to the hotel where you want to enable the display of the newly created code.
  1. Attach the code to the hotel
Select the central column to attach the code to the needed hotel. Once this operation has been carried out, the system summarises on the right the details that had already been set up for the code in the ‘info’ tab by the user (for further information, see the previous paragraph Encoding a package)
  1. Control the data proposed for the hotel/selected code
Verify again the basic characteristics that have been previously specified for the code in the ‘info’ tab and, if necessary, make the modifications to be applied to the selected hotel only.
  1. Confirm the operation
By clicking the button or by pressing the F10 key.
